Further down the order, Blue Rising rounded out the podium position, while Hollywood legend Will Smith’s team, Westbrook Racing finished fourth.

Organised under the Patronage of the Region of Lombardy and the President of the Region Mr Attilio Fontana, the race was hosted at Marina di Verbella, the premier facility which has been home to the E1 Pilot Academy training programme that finds, develops and nurtures future E1 racing stars.

Located within the Ticino Natural Park, the racecourse is sheltered from winds and waves, offering optimal racing conditions for the equal mix of male and female pilots to get the very best speeds out of their E1 RaceBirds, which reach up to 93kph (50knots).

The 2025 UIM E1 World Championship presented by PIF is shaping up to be fiercely competitive, with all nine teams striving to perfect their skills in piloting the E1 RaceBird – the series’ cutting-edge all-electric raceboat.
Following their departure from Lake Maggiore, the championship will be migrating to the iconic home of racing, Monaco, for its fifth race of the 2025 season.

After that, the Championship will break new ground in Africa, with the lively coastline of Lagos hosting the penultimate race of the championship. The highly anticipated finale will take place in Miami, where one team will be crowned the 2025 “Champions of the Water”.
